In an effort to help inform the community of the locations of the Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO) and Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSO), this application has been created showing these locations for the Louisville and Jefferson County MSD Sewer Service Area. Project WIN also includes reducing overflows through enhanced operating procedures developed under the Nine Minimum Control (NMC) and Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) programs.
